INSURANCE CLAIMS: Sophia will be administering insurance and can be contacted at [email protected]. A completed, signed insurance claim form must be provided when you require a claim to be submitted OR clients will need to initiate their claim via the new insurance company on line portals. Please note that clients are responsible for all treatment costs.
- Please check your policy re excess payments and complementary therapy.
- There will be a £10.00 administration charge for submission of other invoices eg physiotherapy/hydrotherapy or for more complicated claims.
- We do not process direct claims
